デュケット 智美
Niigata SAKE Lovers代表。
日本酒学講師、栄養士TESOL認定英会話講師の資格を持つ。
オランダ、イギリス、カナダ、香港、中国でのマネージメント経験を経て、現在では輸出入の通訳・翻訳、海外営業代行サービスを行う他、日本酒と様々な食のフードペアリングをプロデュース、言語の壁を超えて日本食・日本酒学の正しい知識をバイリンガルで国内外へ広めていくサービスを提供している。
ヘッドランド マシュー
第二故郷の新潟の良さを世界に伝える。日本酒とその文化を通して世界の人と地元の人を繋げる。それは、俺の任務。カナダ出身、関西へ留学経験、慣れてない目で隠れている魅力をすでに発見。
南雲 あゆみ
2003年に原酒造株式会社入社
分析やもろみ管理などに従事する。2007年、新潟清酒学校入学。2009年卒業。杜氏としての酒造りを学ぶ。
2009年 天幕式麹室にて製麹係を担当、麹屋となる。
2012年 国家検定 酒造技能士1級に合格。2013年 「白麹純米酒サークス」の造りを担当する。
2016年同社退職。NSLのスタッフとなる。

Fall in love with Niigata & Sake during the study at Urasa in Niigata from 2006~2008. CEO of SYUGEI Trading Co., LTD in Taiwan. Certified Sakasho (Sake Master) and Japanese Sake Instructor. Based in Taiwan, introduce the charm of Niigata sake, Japanese culture, and correct knowledge of Japanese sake to more and more people.
